Calculated from HUD FY2026 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Project (MTSP) income limits, effective May 1, 2026. Gross rent equals 30% of the income limit for the imputed household size (1.5 persons per bedroom; studio = 1 person), divided by 12. Subtract the utility allowance for net rent.
